That issue is most likely the result of some script (e.g. a script from your theme) being blocked by the Cookie Blocker, if it’s being detected as some Marketing/Tracking script. And the theme likely won’t be able to perform it’s functions anymore because of it, causing an interference with our plugin.
Of course, I can’t indicate exactly which script that might be without being able to see the site in it’s “broken” state for myself. As the plugin is not enabled, we can’t see which script(s) are being blocked either. You can enable?Safe Mode?in Complianz → Tools → Support and clear cache in any optimization tools (or better yet, disable them completely temporarily) like LiteSpeed Cache in your case, to check if this resolves the issue.
If it does, there is an Integration which results in that script being blocked when it’s activated. So, you can disable Safe Mode again, navigate to Complianz → Integrations → Services and disable integrations one by one until the issue no longer occurs without Safe Mode enabled. At that point you’ll know that the integration you last disabled was very likely to be culprit.
As previously said it is hard to provide more specific assistance without being able to check the console or source code for ourselves while the issue is happening.
