    Unable to add a new user to account

    I receive the message “Error: Passwords do not match. Please enter the same password in both password fields.” but there is only one password field

    All caches cleared. No plugins active. Any suggestions of where to next are appreciated!!

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. If all plugins are Inactive/deactivated, then access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
