    Hello,

    I hope you are doing well

    I would like to know if it is possible for a member to subscribe twice to the same level with the same email address?
    Because currently when a member wants to do this, his 2nd subscription “overwrites” the informations of the 1st and it is not counted as 2 subscriptions.

    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

    PMPro has been built in a way that if you sign up for a recurring level more than once it will restart the membership level from the date of signing up again. If the level has an expiration date and is not recurring it would not create a recurring profile at the gateway but signing up for the same level again would extend the expiration date.

    If you need the same level to be bought multiple times and them show as separate subscriptions, this would need to be custom developed. I would recommend reaching out to a developer in your area or posting a project on https://jobs.wordpress.net.
