    Hi, We do not use PayPal for taking subscription payments but found out it had turned on at some time.

    When trying to use the option for subscription mode to disable subscription payments the option fails to save and remain as PayPal subscriptions.

    Looking in the Query monitor I see a number of 403 forbidden errors related to this trying to access https://api-m.paypal.com/v1/billing-agreements/agreement-tokens

    Here is a small section of the caller request

    WooCommerce\P\A\E\BillingAgreementsEndpoint->request()
    wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-paypal-payments/modules/ppcp-api-client/src/Endpoint/RequestTrait.php:48
    WooCommerce\P\A\E\BillingAgreementsEndpoint->create_token()
    wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-paypal-payments/modules/ppcp-api-client/src/Endpoint/BillingAgreementsEndpoint.php:99
    WooCommerce\P\A\E\BillingAgreementsEndpoint->reference_transaction_enabled()

    Can you suggest a fix or where to look. We use Cloudflare, but I disabled proxy and still get the same.

    The plugin has been disabled until we can find a fix.

    thanks

    This seems to be a false positive, likely just a routine check to see if Reference Transactions are enabled on your merchant account.

    If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind Regards,
    Krystian
