You and the other user wrote that the plugin worked for a long time. Quick Featured Images hasn’t gotten an update this year, so why would it stop working? In my opinion, the reason for this problem comes from a third party. As long as I can’t reproduce the problem, I can’t fix it. The idea behind WordPress is community support. If you are facing a problem, you can support the author with details on how to reproduce the problem. The author makes the effort to provide something for free. It would only be fair that you make the effort to provide the information instead of giving a 1-star rating. 1 star means “very, very bad and doesn’t work at all”. Quick Featured Images has 50,000+ active installs. So do you think that a plugin that is soooo bad has so many users using it successfully and for so long?
The purpose of your bad review is to get my attention. Your previous review has already been deleted by a moderator – he had written that you should describe your problem in the support forum to get help.
Instead you wrote a new, bad review. You don’t want any help. You just want to denigrate the hard work of a plugin author. If you were interested in solving the problem, you would use the support forum instead of posting a bad review.
I am very happy that there are thousands of users who honor my efforts. You are not one of them. Therefore, I respect that my plugin is of no use to you and ask you to uninstall it.
