Hi, I need your support. ????

I’m trying to add new members with a membership level and expiration time but expiration time doesn’t work. Members have access to courses even if the membership time has already expired (I tried putting past dates).

    How can I solve this?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

The expiration cron only runs once every hour so I’d recommend giving it some time to allow the plugin to run the expiration scripts to remove the membership level from the user.

If that process is working as expected though, I’d recommend reaching out to the developers of the integration that connects PMPro to MasterStudy as we don’t develop or support an integration for this.

    Kind Regards,

Hello again. I apologize for the delay.

This is the problem: When we tested by adding members manually and setting their expiration date and time, they did not get expired and still had access to the courses.

As you recommended, I was trying to find a solution with Master study LMS support and after they tested this issue multiple times, they said:

“I wanted to update you on the ongoing issue where users with expired subscriptions still have access to the course. Our development team has thoroughly investigated the matter and has determined that the root cause lies within the PMP’s admin page/settings, which we do not have the capability to alter, as it involves PMP’s source code.”

I hope you can help me to solve this.

    Thank you.
