Elementor Will Not Load

    Hello and good day.

    The most recent version of the Header and Footer Plugin seems to not be loading the footer using certain Astra Starter Templates.

    The new version works on my main homepage, but I have a multisite which is using different Astra Starter Templates that your recent updates are not working on.

    I have had to revert back to plugin version 1.6.31 for it to load.

    When attempting to load the footer element, elementor just spins.

    Are there any known compatibility issues?

    Hi @rayeason,

    Please try doing the following:

    1. Try flushing the Permalinks
    2. Switch to a default WordPress theme and then switch back to your current theme
    3. Remove and reinstall this plugin

    No, that did not work. Only reverting to version header-footer-elementor.1.6.31 worked.

    After reverting back to the older version, did you try updating it? Did it fix the problem? If after rolling back to the older version and updating to the latest version still doesn’t fix the issue, please consider reaching out to us using the form available on this page, so we can take a look closer at this.
