Plugin to display certain posts to my Facebook friends

I want to protect some of my posts so that only my friends can read them, but I don’t want to make them all sign in any time they want to read my blog. All my friends use facebook, so an easy solution would be to check whether they are signed in to facebook and are a friend of mine. Alternatively, I could keep a running tally of the IDs of all Facebook friends I want to read my blog, and then to check if their ID is on the list. Does a plugin exist that does either of these things?
