Fantastic post-sale support–even years later!

I don’t write reviews often, but I feel compelled to brag up LoginPress and in particular one of their CSRs, Emma. I purchased LoginPress Pro years ago and it’s worked quietly behind the scenes without issues. Recently, I started experiencing a glut of spam user registrations.

Reaching out to the WPBrigade support team, I didn’t expect much–especially since it’s been years since I sent them my money. But to my surprise, Emma took my concerns seriously, got a dev on board to investigate, and recommended their hide-login plugin (which I already had access to but wasn’t using).

Wouldn’t you know, it worked! No more spam registrations.

To top it off, Emma checked in daily to see how things were going, and then after several days confirming no new spam registrations had occurred, she went ahead and deleted the spam accounts for me. It was a little thing, but reminded me of when a contractor takes the time to clean up before he leaves the build site; it shows an extra thoughtfulness uncommon in this busy world.
