UPS Negotiated Rates Bug

    Hi, since i have switched to OAuth – Rest API a few days ago.

    there seems to be a bug – “UPS Negotiated Rates” checkbox is off, but the rates returned to the customer are negotiated (discounted from the list rates).
    When I turn on “UPS Negotiated Rates” – checkbox is on, plugin discounts already discounted (negotiated) rates…

    Example –

    UPS Website – Test Item 4LB – List rate – 24.50 / Negotiated rate on UPS site – 17.40

    My store – Test Item 4LB – “UPS Negotiated Rates” Checkbox off – 17.40 / checkbox on – 12.30

    as you can see on my site it should be: checkbox on – 24.50 and checkbox off – 17.40… but it is not….

    Please advise

    actually i did that and the most accurate is “Not Set” – the suggested in tool tip “one time” and “customer counter” is the most Inaccurate though….

    I did refresh the page and no,i did not change anything. Actually is did a “control sample” – used 2 separate browsers to see if anything changes – in firefox logged in as admin and in chrome as a guest.

    Hello,

    Our plugin shows the rates exactly as they come from the UPS API. Once they are fetched, they are not modified later at any point. If they come like this, according to the UPS API request and response you’ve pasted, it means that these discrepancies apparently occur earlier, directly within the UPS API and it seems that they are not related to how the plugin itself works.

    Therefore, I believe that the issue might be related to your UPS account and in such circumstances I’m afraid that contacting the UPS support may be required to find out what’s wrong there.
