I have been working on a WooCommerce site and have set a discounted price on the product pages. While the discounted price displays correctly on the individual product pages, both the regular and sale prices are appearing together on the Shop page. The regular price should have a strikethrough and show the discounted price. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

  • Hey there, @princedm! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

I believe this is either an issue with the theme or just how it displays the price on the shop page.

Are you able to temporarily switch to the Storefront theme to check if the issue persist? This way we can know for sure if it is something with the theme or if we need to keep investigating it.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi @carolm29,

Thank you for your response. I have also tried the Storefront theme, but the issue persists.

I am using the Essential Addons “Woo Product Grid” element, which does not offer an option to display only discounted prices with regular prices strikethrough, or to show only discounted prices.

I’m unsure if the issue lies with Essential Addons or WooCommerce.

    Hi @princedm

I checked your shop page and noticed that you built it using Elementor. This means the issue you’re experiencing likely originates from the page builder and its add-ons.

This is a third-party plugin, and we don’t provide help & support for 3rd-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our support scope. It would be best to reach out to the plugin developer for further assistance.

I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the job done.
