High Praise

I had been living with the standard Media Library for three years when I discovered Filebird a week ago. I was sold shortly after I installed it, and purchased the Pro edition. For me the value comes from being able to organize images into folders and set how you want your media and folders to be sorted.

Additionally, the value comes from NinjaTeam’s top notch customer service. I discovered two issues. The first issue was caused by my custom theme code that I would not have been able to find on my own. NinjaTeam found it very quickly. The second issue was a minor bug related to the auto sort setting not working consistently when viewing media as gallery thumbnails. They fixed it within a day.

It was reassuring to connect with Alina and Mia chat every time I interacted with them through chat and to automatically receive updates and transcripts via email.
