Plugin missing the advertised features

I purchased the premium version of this plugin for my websites, at some expense. However, it appears the main feature advertised (API/programatically generating short URLS) is not finished or present in the plugin. Although you can manually create short URLs one by one, I want to generate them based on the input to a form so this plugin is no better than the other free versions available. My refund requests have also been ignored, so unfortunately I think I’ll have to contact WordPress and VISA directly…
