Error : reCaptcha response is empty

    I have created a pop up on my site with a contact form. This contact from works on my desktop however not on my peers desktops/mobile.

    It displays an error in orange ‘There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later’ the reason it display this is as the submission is referred as spam. How do i fix this issue?

    Thank you for using our plugin sshafqat.

    The Free edition of the plugin only works with the native WordPress forms, mainly the login pages, password reset forms, comments forms etc.

    To add CAPTCHA checks to a contact form you need the Premium edition of the plugin. If you are using the Premium edition, plese contact us by sending an email at [email protected] and include as much details as possible about the issue.

    These forums are reserved to the users of the free edition. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
