What will happen if the vendor PayPal if is invalid?

    Hello,

    Two questions please:

    1# if the vendor’ PayPal I’d is invalid, and set 100% commissions for the site owner, will the the customer payment fail or success?

    what should we suppose please?

    2# By the way, is the site coupon valid for all of vendors by default in Dokan lite?

    Hi @alexliii

    If the vendor’s PayPal ID is invalid and you’ve set 100% commissions for the site owner, the customer’s payment will still succeed. With WooCommerce PayPal payment method, the customer will be able to complete the purchase process, and the payment will be transferred to the admin PayPal account. So, regardless of the vendor’s PayPal ID status, the transaction will proceed smoothly.

    Concerning site coupons in Dokan Lite, if the admin creates a coupon from the WordPress dashboard under the Marketing menu, that coupon will indeed be valid for all vendors using the Dokan Lite plugin. It applies universally across all vendors.
