registration form providing 404

    Dear all, i would ask your support for a problem: i’m using UM 2.8.6 with extensions Terms and Conditions and rechapta. It worked fine in the past (i’m using it since 2020 but in the last days (i don’t know if after WP6.5.3 upgrade) when a new user try to register and press the register button the form is redirecting to the register page with 404 error code.

    Checking the debug log i didn’t see any error.

    could you help m?
