Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

Please note that none of your core PMPro pages such as the Levels, Checkout, Membership Account, Confirmation page should require a level. Please remove those restrictions and let me know if the issue persists.

    Kind Regards,

I don’t understand what you are saying. None of them have. Only 2 of my pages have MSP on them. And should have it. I really think it is something else.

Visiting the page https://divaimages.com/index.php/nata/nata-member/ has a PMPro restriction on it – if it’s not set in the Require Membership checkboxes when editing the page through the WP editor, please try editing the page with the Divi editor and see if none of the elements have a PMPro restriction on them there.

It IS set in the Require Membership checkboxes. So it should work, right?

No levels should be selected on PMPro core pages as this can cause unexpected redirects. Please uncheck these, save the page and let me know if the issue persists?

OK I try Once more! As I have written once before:

Only 2 of my pages have MSP on them. And should have it. I really think it is something else.

NO levels are selected on PMPro core pages AT ALL! This is NOT the issue!

PLEASE read what I have written and relate to that only.

I have clicked membership on ONLY on two pages and when I on the LIVE page click JOIN, Nothing happens. White page is the result and it definitely should not. I expect to see a pay for entrance page. But that doesn’t happen.

For the sake of King George I repeat: THERE ARE ONLY TWO PAGES WITH MEMBERSHIP TICKED ON!

    And these MUST be on.

There seems to be some miscommunication here for which I apologize.

I mentioned this in a reply 6 days ago:

Visiting the page?https://divaimages.com/index.php/nata/nata-member/?has a PMPro restriction on it

Visiting it now does not have a restriction on it however it shows some content (NSFW).

When I visit your levels page though, there isn’t a pmpro_levels shortcode on the page which and visiting the checkout page (https://divaimages.com/membership-checkout/) shows the shortcode but doesn’t render it – either PMPro is inactive or the shortcode has been added as code which is preventing it from rendering.

It shows the code because the plugin is turned off.

The plugin does not disable the payment wall for editors and admins editing the pages so sometimes it is simply turned off. Otherwise I can’t edit the pages under the code.

But the problem persists. When the plugin is active the Join button shows a blank page.

Unfortunately I can’t replicate the behavior you are experiencing – this appears to be an issue specific to your site.

If you can activate PMPro again and send me a link to a post that is protected so that I can test the behavior of clicking on the Join button, then I’d be happy to take a further look into this. Visiting the levels page (https://divaimages.com/?page_id=57) gives me a 404 error.

Alternatively, if you need some hands on assistance with getting this set up on your site you can review our documentation at https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/initial-plugin-setup/ or post a project on https://jobs.wordpress.net for someone to do it for you.
