creating pdf breaks ajax functionality of cf7

Hi,

i love this plugin since years and wanna thank for this.

since a couple of days i have got the problem that if i create a new cf7 form and a new pdf which should be created, the “Send PDF for Contact Form 7” plugin breaks ajax of cf7. this means that the “sent successfully” message doesn′t appear and the page reloads. the message is sent with pdf, but the user will be confused because there is no message.

the interesting thing is that my older forms work normally. i built the new form from sratch an tested every step – if i activate the pdf creation for this specific form without any customization it breaks.
