• Hey there,

    Just wanted to let you know that the integration doesn’t actually work with the block based checkout. Even when the mailerlite block is added into the actual flow of the checkout. If the person agrees for the marketing emails they are not added as a subscriber after they order.

    Oddly it seems that if the people are quitting and the order get’s to on hold. Then they are added and marketing enabled also. I also tested with the “Add subscribers after checkout” option but it doesn’t seem to have any affect either.

    How could we sort this out?

  • Same problem here. Can’t even find the check box in the checkout (front-end) when I’m trying to add the Mailerlite integration. I’m also using the block based checkout (from Woo). Integration worked fine with the regular (old) checkout page.

    Hello, same problem here.

    Is there any ETA on this @mailerlite? This need to be fixed ASAP.

    Thank you!

    @jeanelizwp @danidub In my case it works now. I had to add the Mailerlite Checkbox with a block on the checkout page, which was new to me.

    @almerika @jeanelizwp @mailerlite in my case the “abandoned checkout” feature is not working.

    It’s like the website doesn’t send the “abandoned cart signal” to mailerlite. You have this feature/automation working with the block based checkout?

    Thank you.

    @almerika did you check that the folks actually get a subscribed status if they order at the checkout? In my earlier checking they did indeed get added to mailerlite but they didn’t get actually the activated status for their subscibrtion so we couldn’t send mails for them.

    @danidub – I haven’t tried that function actually.

    @nikov – yes, they get activated status.
