    Hi, my customer purchased a license and shared her login with me. I’m her VA.

    I need support, but I can’t find the support in her account. If you try to login at https://emotionalonlinestorytelling.com/support/ (which I used with my own account) the site asks me to login again, but then it says there is no account present for that client.

    Also there is no license code to be found in her account, nor in the order confirmation.

    Please help, we need to sort this urgently because of the client’s launch.
