    A customer purchased tickets 7 days ago, but their payment has not yet appeared in Paypal. I verified that the Paypal client ID is correct in the EventPrime plug-in. Is this a normal processing time? When can I expect to see the payment on my Paypal transactions?

    To investigate the issue further, please navigate to the WordPress dashboard and go to “Events->Booking.” Locate the specific booking where the payment has not appeared in PayPal, click on that particular booking, scroll down, and click on the “Transaction Log” button. In the transaction log, could you please confirm that the ‘intent’ and ‘status’ values are set to ‘CAPTURE’ and ‘COMPLETED,’ respectively?
