I recently installed WP Optimize and LazyLoad to improve my site speed. I’m now going through my site piece by piece to see if any code was affected. Now my Watu quizzes within my (password protected) Namaste course no longer appear on the pages. I used shortcode to place the quizzes on these pages. Is it possible the optimization eliminated or broke the code? If so, is there a workaround you can recommend?

Please note I use WordPress.com (not .org) but was unable to locate assistance for this issue on that site. Any help or insight you can offer is appreciated. Please send me a direct message if I can provide additional information.

Hello, Please provide us a direct link to the page with the problem. I don’t see a quiz on your homepage.

Thank you for a quick response. I would need to send you admin credentials to access the page the quiz is on. That said, I think I have isolated the issue in the interim. I believe WP Optimize was the culprit so I’m guessing that some of the codie it “minified” or eliminated or whatever it does affects shortcode. I have disabled the WP Optimize plugin and the Watu shortcode seems to be working normally again.

Ah great, thanks for the update. It’s most likely minifying Javascript which causes fatal errors. If you switch off script minification you might be able to use WP Optimize.
