Hi, we have the Google Analytics plugin installed. I just noticed the wrong revenue showing up within Google Analytics itself. For example, a customer made an order of $190.86, but the total revenue for that order is $19,086.00. Clearly something is translating incorrectly between the plugin and when I actually go into my Google Analytics account. Any thoughts? Thanks.

    Hi @portalhope,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Could you please share a screenshot of what you see on your GA revenue report, and your order page? Additionally, can you check on your WooCommerce → Settings → Currency options for the thousands and decimal separator? Please share a screenshot of it, too.

In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Thanks!

The currency in Woo Commerce is setup properly. The site has been running for two years and calculates all currency correctly. It’s within Google Analytics that the decimal points appear to be shifted.

    Hi @portalhope

It will be publicly accessible. However, you could copy and share it via Mozilla Community Pastebin and share the link here. Make sure to set a longer expiration duration.

However, if you are still concerned about privacy, you could remove all the information, like the website URL.

It seems like there might be an issue with how the Google Analytics plugin interprets the order values. We would need to investigate this further to provide a solution.

Please follow @omarfpg’s instructions and share the requested screenshots and information. This will help us understand the issue better and provide you with the most effective solution.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience. We look forward to resolving this issue for you.
