Create ticket from thread doesn’t work

    Hello

    I’ve a problem with “Create ticket from thread” button and also duplicate option.
    The tab is the browser is frozen and msg in the console is “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()”.
    Have any of you had a similar problem?
