    Hi,

I have a 3×2 promotion in my shop (order 3 products and you get the cheapest one for free). It happens that the batches are considered 2 products when it should be considered 1 single product, that is, I put in my cart a batch and another article and it already benefits from my promotion. But this should not happen. There should be 3 products in the cart.

    Can anyone help me?

    Hi @imillenium ,

Are you using any external plugin for the pricing or discount on your site? For your information, our plugin does not support external pricing or discount plugin as it already has the built-in discount and pricing features. So it might be a conflict when combining with external plugins.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

I use ‘Discount Rules for WooCommerce – PRO’. The problem is that my cart considers the product batch as 2 items. I want the cart to consider it as a single item.

    Thanks!!

    Hi @imillenium ,

You can go to WPClever >> Product Bundles and find the option to hide the subproducts under the main bunde on the mini-cart, cart and checkout pages (only list the names) to see if this can fix your issue or not. You can read more about this here: https://doc.wpclever.net/woosb/faqs/11-hide-bundled-products-in-mini-cart-cart-checkout/.

If not, I’m afraid that this can’t be changed since by nature, a smart bundle is not a single product but a batch of different items bundled together.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

I’m sorry, but that configuration doesn’t work for me. I am going to develop the batches without a plugin.

    Thanks!
