    Hi

I’m in the process of setting up shipping on a clients site and giving this Elex plugin a try. I have got the API Key details from the client as well as a password and Account number.
These details have been entered and according to a video here: https://elextensions.com/knowledge-base/set-up-elex-woocommerce-australia-post-shipping-plugin-with-print-label-tracking/ … I need to add Services but I have no idea how to do this???

There is an alert, or error, on the screen which states:
“: A location with the charge account number of {contract_id} cannot be found. Please check that the identifier is correct and submit the request again.”

    Is this of any relevance?
How do I move forward from here please?

    Thanks

    Hello @ HeyBlondie,

Greetings?from ELEXtensions! It seems that your Australia Post contracted account details are invalid or incorrect. I recommend verifying the account number, API key, and password on your Australia Post dashboard and adding them to our plugin. Once the Australia Post credentials are verified, the contracted shipping services will be visible under the rate and services settings of the plugin.

Please make sure to enter the credentials in the correct API mode in our plugin’s general settings. For instance, if you are inputting live credentials, make sure to enable the “Live” API mode in the plugin’s general settings.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you need further assistance.

    Hi

Thank you for this response and your suggestion was in fact what the issue was …. eg. I had selected ‘Test mode’ instead of ‘Live mode’ (because I am developing the site).

With ‘Live Mode’ now selected, it appears to be working fine.

This would appear to be an important piece of information to be included in the documentation for setting up the plugin.

Thanks again for the quick response
