Video Thumbnails Not Showing up Consistently for Grid or Carousel

    Video thumbnail not showing consistently -especially on mobile (safari or Chrome). Justr get a grey background. When tapped or clicked the video does play – but that is moot as it looks broken and no one will click. This is the case on a basic WP theme (Twenty Twenty-Three) – with no plugins. Target theme is Astra – which also shows the same problem even with all plugins off.
