• Hello,

I have a question about how Ajax Search Lite search boxes are supposed to display on the screen. If you go to my blog page (https://acy.wxk.mybluehost.me/blog/), for example, it’s showing it as cut off. It’s working, as if you click in the box that’s visible, results do come up. But it’s just cut off, no matter where I put in on the screen. I was going to see how to shorten the length so it doesn’t take up the entire screen, but you can’t really see the field entirely. Any advice? Thanks so much!

    Hi!

It looks like that you migth be using the wrong container type as I see a lot of paragraphs and line breaks added to the search HTML output. That happens if the shortcode is placed into a text block directly, and the WordPress “autop” feature will automatically add line breaks an wrapping paragraphs.

Can you please check if you can place the plugin shortcode into a HTML or Shortcode block instead?

    All the best,
    Ernest
