MWB HubSpot for WooCommerce Email Association Issue

There is an issue with contacts in hubspot being associated with email addresses that don’t correspond with the contact itself. For example individual contacts have numerous secondary emails that aren’t associated with their contact information but other customers. These customers didn’t have their own contact populated in hubspot as their email attached to someone else’s contact.
Hubspot has attributed this to our 3rd party integrations in woocomerce that connect to hubspot. These two plugins are as follows: MWB HubSpot for WooCommerce and HubSpot All-In-One Marketing – Forms, Popups, Live Chat.
Is there a way to stop this issue from continuing and rectify the current contacts that have been effected?

Can you please provide more details about how you are capturing contact information? MWB HubSpot for WooCommerce is a 3rd party application that uses HubSpot’s publicly available apis but is not affiliated with or supported by HubSpot, Inc.
Looking at recent reviews for this plugin, I can see multiple complaints about the data sync feature not working. I would recommend you look into an alternative approach for capturing contacts into your HubSpot CRM:- Using HubSpot forms to capture contacts.
- Using the ‘Non HubSpot forms’ feature available in your HubSpot portal.
- Using HubSpot’s forms apis to create a form submission yourself
- Using a 3rd party data sync solution that provides web hooks for you to sync data e.g Zapier
