Brevo and CF7

Hello CF7 team and thanks for the great work! I’ve checked all the topics with no results.

We have the following issue:

all of a sudden, we receive our contacts in our crm (brevo) but do we not receive the confirmation email of the request as the form is filled out.

Is like: where this contact came from? but the lead is on our crm

We have this problem form many contacts and different forms. Obviosly, everything is fine , on the Brevo side, and they said is something that has to do with CF7!!

Any idea? all updated.
