• I’ve now disabled it but I’m wondering if I can somehow install a brand new version of woocommerce on my site and bypass having to use the additional plugin which seems to be causing all kinds of problems on both my sites? And if that isn’t possible, how to get this plugin to function and not crash my site? Also is it abolutely necessary? I do have an API connection with printify.

There’s a known bug with that app, I’m assuming you are referring to the Legacy API app, and they are working on a fix. Please revert back to a recent backup until further notice.

Printify doesn’t rely on the Legacy API, it has a direct connection now as well as most of the on demand platforms.

    Thank you for the report?@christinelouise
The fix has been worked here.

The updated Version 1.0.3 is now available.
