Excellent product with elegant interface

First I’d like to state that the malware protection and interface is very complete and easy to use. It includes everything you need including regular back ups to fall back on which can be installed in minutes should the need arise. Also my experience with technical support has been excellent.

I held off giving a full 5 star due to their plan system. Going from 1 to 3 to 10 sites would make sense if it calculated the overall price at the closest discount plus extra sites that don’t fit into their grouping at either regular price or the previous level available. For example if you have 3 sites you get a better price per site, but if you have 4 sites, they try to charge you for 10 sites. Someone didn’t think that through, it’s completely insane. After negotiating back and forth on my behalf with the sales team, they offered me a new 5 site plan with an extra rebate which match’s approximately the cost of 3 sites at the reduced rate plus one at the regular rate. I really hope they give that part of the operation more thought as it doesn’t match the excellent design of their product. Anyway, I feel confident in keeping my sites secure with Malcare and I feel their interface strikes the perfect balance between automation and hands on. I’m glad we were able to find a satisfactory resolution to our purchase issue.
