Restore stops at the beginning

    Hi,

    my restore-process stucks at the begin. After the available space was determinated.

    my debug code: BMI-OmV1fhUB-91255

    What could be the problem?

    Hello @pewasoftware ,

    It seems that the backup process encountered a timeout limit within your Apache configuration and was canceled by the web server.

    Timeout in Apache is not the same as max_execution_time and it seems to be set to very low value on your server.

    You need to adjust its value (e.g. 300 or more) in your virtual host or global configuration and restart Apache, once you do that our backup plugin will be working properly.
