Error load JS script

    Hello,

    I’m posting a message here because despite several email exchanges with the support address, I haven’t managed to resolve the problem with our site, which is linked to CookieYes,

    Some time ago, I installed the Cookie Yes plugin and then created a tag via GTM to configure the V2 consent mode.

    I think there must have been an implementation error and since then I’ve been getting an error in the Google console with a JS script of the following type: https://cdn-cookieyes.com/client_data/**/script.js

    I’ve deleted everything:

    • CookieYes plugin on my site
    • Syncronisation on the CookieYes.com site
    • Google TAG Manager

    I’m still getting this error message despite all the solutions proposed by e-mail having been unsuccessful.

    What can I do?

    While using the CookieYes plugin, you should implement Google consent mode v2 using the method mentioned in this documentation.

    Also, we will need your site URL to debug the issue on your site.
