    Hi there, I have Eventin Pro and I’m organizing an event in a small hall with 100 seats. I have four ticket types: Adult, Child, Senior, and Special. I want to sell tickets without setting a limit for each type. So, each ticket sold should decrease the total available tickets, not just the limit set for each type.

    I’ve searched the support forum for an answer but couldn’t find one. Can you help?

    Hi M Web,

    Thanks for reaching out. Currently, Eventin Pro doesn’t have the feature you’re looking for, but it’s on our roadmap for future updates. Right now, you can still use the ticket-wise limitation feature for each ticket type separately.

    Thank you for replying.

    That is very disappointing news and I am not happy. It is usually something very important and a basic feature for an event software such as Eventin is. I cannot imagine why Eventin would be released without this very basic setting. Also it was not mentioned anywhere before I purchased this, as I would not have purchased the pro.

    I only purchased Eventin pro, thinking it was a better plugin to replace a ticketing plugin I currently use that offers this basic feature but doesn’t have the Facebook features Eventin has. However, I will have to go back to the other plugin as the ticketing sales is much more important than a Facebook feature for me at this point in time.

    When will this feature be added to the Eventin Pro Plugin?
