• When the customer is company, contact person is added as reference in Svea Checkout, and displayed on the order info at Svea.

    But in Woo it’s missing, it’s not added to the name field, or any other fields it seems.

    The address setting in Woo is “Default to customer billing address”.

    Any ideas? Does it work at your end in your latest tests, especially for pure HPOS (no active compatibility mode)?

    Hi,

    The reference of the order should be set to the name of the person but looking at the response from Svea it seems like they’re omitting the value.

    I’ll check with Svea and get back when we know more!

    Hi,

    Due to a change in Sveas API this value has been removed for invoices. Svea will look into adding the value back to their Checkout API and when that is done we’ll implement it back again.
