    Not able to see the image in product page after upload.

    And may I know if there is any option to convert the file to webp format?
    Where will the images be stored in?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    If the image is uploaded when submitting a review, please go to Reviews > Settings > Review Forms > Enable option “Attach Images/Videos” to show the image.

    Our plugin doesn’t support an option to convert the file to another format. And the images are stored in the WordPress Media Library.

    the option has been enabled and the image is shown in the media library but no show up in product page..
