    Hi @thewebtailors,

Just to check if you have tried this guide already? https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/customization/style-payment-form/#changing-colors. As you mention, this was implemented in 8.2.0 already. If the current filters don’t work for your use case, please keep in mind this is a recently implemented change that will be improved over time with valuable feedback such as yours.

Can you share a screenshot of how you see the error messages on your site, please?

    Thanks!

Thanks for the sending the link to the guide. Yes, I checked this guide and used it as a start but it did not contain any info on how to change the text color of the error message.

Here is a screenshot of the too low color contrast in the error message: https://imgur.com/a/u11rrge

I am grateful to have the new wc_stripe_upe_params filter. It works great. If you could just add controls for the .Error class or the ability to overwrite Stripe’s css variables that would make it perfect.

Again, thank you for looking into this!

    Hi @thewebtailors,

Thanks for confirming this. I’ve asked our developers about this and we’ll keep you posted soon. In the meantime, have you tried changing the bg color for the form instead of the color of the error message? The guide explains how to achieve this.

Please let us know if that workaround works for now!

    Thanks!

Thank you! Yes, changing the background color in the interim is a good point. I just made some design adjustments, so the Stripe fields are on a white background. As a result, the error message now passes accessibility checks. Thanks again!
