Cron does not work for VPI and UCSS

    Dear support team,

    Cron does not work for VPI and UCSS. It works OK for CCSS.

    Also image optimisation doesn’t work.

    Could you please help? Thank you so much.

    please do me a screenshot on your wp-admin -> LiteSpeed Cache -> Dashboard

    Cron for CSS started working, I don’t know why. VPI always stays at 47 pending and image optimisation never work. Last it worked was in 2020 as shown in the screenshot.
    The report has login link and you can have a look at the Debug log.

    I have cleared the VPI list. So far it has not started building new list of VPI Cron.

    have you also purged cache ? the queue probably won’t be triggered if pages are cached already.

    Yes, purged cache but still not generating VPI.

    Also the Image Optimisation still does not work. Last it worked was in 2020.

    please randomly check few pages/posts , that is visible on frontend , edit -> metabox -> LiteSpeed VPI, see if there is any data in there.

    Yes, some pages have VPI already. Thank you.

    However VPI is now stuck again and Force Cron does nothing.

    I keep getting below error when running image optimisation

    Cloud Error: Please try after 2m 54s for service?img_optm-new_req.

    that’s normal , the image optm request is limited to 5 minute per once

    but it hasn’t run since 2020!

    it never runs even if you click image optimisation button
