I have published a pop-up, and I’ve gotten a few new Opt-in Monster subscribers already. But the two newest ones haven’t pushed over to MailChimp yet. I’m trying to figure out if it’s the double opt-in feature, which I would not mind having turned on. I configured the opt-in confirmation email in MailChimp, the integration api key is installed correctly. I’ve tried submitting my own test email addresses, and they’re not even showing up in Opt-in Monster Leads. I’m so confused, the help articles aren’t very good and there is no way to contact support for onboarding until you commit to pay them for a year! I would like this to work, but I have not had a good experience so far!

    Hi @bonestorm ??

If you’ll log into your OptinMonster account and navigate to the Monster Leads screen you should find the previously captured leads listed, here: https://optinmonster.com/leads

With double opt-in enabled for Mailchimp, leads will only appear in your Mailchimp account once they’ve confirmed opt-in. Until then, they are held in a queue by Mailchimp and there is no way for OptinMonster to force-add those leads.

You can disable double opt-in if you prefer to have the leads added directly, following our guide here.

If you decide to take that action, you can manually export any leads from Monster Leads (like this) and import them into Mailchimp if they didn’t confirm double opt-in.

    Does that help?

Yes, I do believe I was able to confirm that was the problem. It appears that only 1 of my website subscribers actually completed confirmation of their subscription. I think it is prudent to leave double opt-in enabled to prevent false adds. I’ll continue to monitor. Thank you for the response.
