• Hello,How do I change the email field so that it’s not a mandatory field?

    I’m using the plugin for my guests without registration or email sending or anything else, and I don’t need the email field!I also noticed that you can’t delete mass tickets.

    I currently have 600 due to spam (no Captcha activated), and it would be tedious to delete everything manually!Regards

    Thanks for bringing up the mass deletion option. I’ll add this feature as soon as possible.

    You can disable email notifications by editing specific email templates in this plugin and selecting the “Active” option to “No.”

    Since this is a support ticket system, it requires an email address field to send your replies. If you don’t need to reply to user messages, a simple contact form would be more suitable for you instead of a support ticket system. However, I’m open to suggestions. Please tell me more about what you’re trying to achieve so I can better understand your needs. Please ensure that any suggestions align with the functionalities of the support ticket system.
