    Hi @goyu73,

The MySQL server has gone away error suggests that the database server is restarting or possibly crashing and starting up again automatically. Please try running a scan with debugging mode disabled, as debugging does increase the load on the database.? You can disable that in Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Debugging Options by unchecking Enable debugging mode.

Running out of memory or a lack of disk space can be a cause for this. If you run the server yourself, you’ll need to check out the MySQL logs and syslog to confirm, otherwise, please get in touch with your host who should be able to check it out for you. If the database server is crashing or running out of memory, they should be able to diagnose and resolve the problem for you.

    Thanks,
    Margaret

I get the error without debugging mode, what I saw on the forum was a person who had more or less the same thing happening to him and a technician told him to put it in debugging mode, do a scan and copy the last twenty lines of code and paste them in the forum, I suppose it will be so that the technician can see if there is an error. Well, I have done the same, I have done an exploration in debug mode (it lets me do it) and I have pasted the codes here. to advance work hehehe

    Hi @goyu73,

Thanks for following up.  In the scan results you sent, the scan completed successfully.  This points to a possibly intermittent issue with the database.  We request that you or your host check the database server logs and other logs for the website(s) on the server such as syslog, PHP error logs, etc. to see what else is going on with the server at the timestamp of these issues. I would expect the database to be unavailable temporarily, either because it is restarting or has crashed.

    Thanks,
    Margaret
