filter not working on some browsers

  • I’m having issues with the filter/search not working on Safari and Chrome. It works on Firefox. Has anyone had similar issues? When using Safari or Chrome, it returns 0 records and nothing is recorded in the debugging screen.

    Just a follow-up. An easy test is to select “VT” in the state dropdown and it should produce 2 records.

    The session is failing, you can check with your hosting provider to see if php sessions are working. If you can get sessions working, that is the best way to go.

    This issue is unrelated to the browser, I tested it on several with the same result. Sessions may be working intermittently.

    Alternatively, you can try using the “Use Alternate Session Method” setting in the plugin settings under the Advanced tab.
