    I am using the premium version of this plugin and its been more than a month but till now my import is not completed. I am struggling with support but they are also not responding on time. Because of this plugin now it become waste of time and money for me. Again I am requesting please fix my import product correctly. Have a look at below screenshot

    Sorry for not answering to you on the 1st May that is the Labour Day and that is generally a bank holiday. We have answered to you on 2nd May.
