Delete WP Fastest cache

Hello, the loading of pages on my site is extremely slow.
I have 2 WP Fastest Cache plugins installed in my plugin list; When I try to remove the first one, the page loads and then the plugin still stays installed in my plugins list. I don’t know if this is causing my site to be extremely slow. You can see the screenshot explaining the problem in the image. Please help me understand and resolve this issue.
