I am connected to the woocommerce account. I connected with a google account that has access to the business listing, but I couldn’t create a merchant account, the option was just greyed out.

I have then chosen connect with a different account which is the google account that set up the business account and is the main account. It says successful, but then it still shows the original gmail address as being connected. It will now let me select the “Create account” button, but it fails every time with “Error creating account: No site token available for google-mc”

    Hi @chillifish

You can resolve the issue by completely disconnecting the current connection and setting it up afresh. Here’s how:

    • Go to this debug page: example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replace example.com with your domain)
    • Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
    • Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
    • Go to Marketing > Google Listing & Ads and initiate a fresh connection.

That should allow you to complete the setup.

Additionally, ensure you are not using a multi-client account (MCA) ID to connect or create a merchant account as it is not supported: https://woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/faqs/#section-52

I hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.

Thanks, now I can’t connect my Google Account. I click connect, it says ‘WooCommerce already has some access” When I click continue, it goes back to the page and asks me to connect to a google account again.

    Hi @chillifish

Did you follow the steps I shared to disconnect? Could please follow that account to disconnect the previous account properly? Sharing the steps once again:

Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.

Let us know how it goes!

Yes, I did all that, but didn’t make any difference. I’ve managed to get it sorted through that test page in the end. Although having a different issue as it won’t get the address from the Woocommerce settings page. I’m going to give it time and see if it’s a caching issue.

    Hey, @chillifish!

I’ve managed to get it sorted through that test page in the end.

And this is the page you wanted to connect?

Although having a different issue as it won’t get the address from the Woocommerce settings page. I’m going to give it time and see if it’s a caching issue.

Have you tried a different browser? Do you have any caching plugins?

I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

Coming back to this as I think this plugin is the source of my woes. My Ad account has been suspended for Circumventing systems policy. I can’t get a response from Google despite having filled in the appeal form twice.

The only thing that I can see that would potentially trigger it is that this plugin caused me to create duplicate ad accounts as the first one didn’t seem to work. This has been an absolute nightmare and I cannot get a response from Google.
