Error: Contact form not found.

I’m setting up a website, but no matter what I do, I can’t get the contact for to work; I keep getting the error, “Error:?Contact form not found.”
I’ve checked the shortcode multiple times, tried to create new forms, etc., all to no avail. Everything is updated. Please help!
