    Hello @andrewshu !

Thanks very much for your answer. I have desactivated all the plugings (except ultimate memeber) and it does not work.

As regards the themes, I have another web with the same 3 themes (Exford activated and Varia and twenty twenty-four desactivated) and it is working with no problem. So I guess it is not a problem from the themes.

Once I sign up a new user it does not appear in the users directory and the user does not receive the sign up message in his e-mail and in my administrator e-mail adress I receive a new user registration message but empty:

New user registration on your site The Universal Gynecocratic Republic:

    Email:

    What else could I do?

Thanks very much for your attention.

    Sincerely

    HTML from your Login page:

<!– Dynamic page generated in 2.028 seconds. –>
    <!– Cached page generated by WP-Super-Cache on 2024-04-29 15:43:09 –>
    <!– super cache –>

Try to disable any WP plugin or CDN/Web Hosting server caching for the UM pages.
Maybe your CDN or Web Hosting is using server side caching?
Clear your web browser local cache.

    Hello, @missveronicatv !

Thanks very much for your help!

I have seen the link you have published here and I followed the instructions for my cache plugin “WP-Super cache” I have added the code “account, login, password-reset, login, user” but unfortunately the problem is still there.

In fact I have disabled the “WP-Super cache” plugin and the problem is still there.

Tomorrow I will call my server company to ask them if they use a “server side caching”.

Some days ago I saw in my WP desktop in “tools” section “Site Health” i saw “you should use a persistent object cache” and I searched for a solution but I do not remember what web I visited. Perhaps I have downloaded some cache code but I do not remember. I am not sure if this is the problem.

By the other way I have this other web “https://wifepower.gynrep.com/” and also I have “Ultimate member” plugin here, but it is working with no problem, I can sign up user with NO problem here.

I am waiting for further indications.

Thanks very much for your patient!

    Sincerely,

    Hello @missveronicatv and @andrewshu !

I have deleted the plugin “WP Super cache” and the HTML code:

<!– Dynamic page generated in 2.028 seconds. –>
    <!– Cached page generated by WP-Super-Cache on 2024-04-29 15:43:09 –>
    <!– super cache –>

It does not appear anymore in the login page, but the problem is still there. I am not sure if it is a cache problem but anyway I will ask my server company if they use any caching tool on the server side.

By the other hand I am seeing this message some times when I am trying to access to my WP desktop:

“”Warning! Simple Membership plugin cannot process this login request to prevent you from getting logged out of WP Admin accidentally.

Click here to see the profile you are currently logged into in this browser.

You are logged into the site as an ADMIN user in this browser. First, logout from WP Admin then you will be able to log in as a normal member.

Alternatively, you can use a different browser (where you are not logged-in as ADMIN) to test the membership login.

Your normal visitors or members will never see this message. This message is ONLY for ADMIN user.””

So I click on the link “Click here” and I access to my WP desktop.

Do you think it could be related to my problem with “Ultimate Member”??

Thanks very much for your help!

    Hello @missveronicatv and @andrewshu !!

I do not know if it could be related to my problem but I remember I have flushed the permalinks short time ago in “permalink setting”.

I wanted to solve the “Authorization header missing” and I saw this link:

    https://digwp.com/2021/01/fix-site-health-error-authorization-header-missing/

It says that flushing permalink could change the “.htaccess” file on server.

I do not know if this is related to my problem.

By the other hand I have reached 408 users on my directory. Could I have reached the limit?

    Thanks again!

    Hello @womanpower

There is no limit for registration. Try to enable debug log file and check errors in this file.

    Hello @andrewshu ? @missveronicatv !!

I am thinking now my hosting company las 24th April changed my wordpress from standalone to self-managed wordpress or vice versa, I do not remember now. After this date I did not need to sign up any new user until now I have this problem.

Do you think it could be this the cause??

    Thanks!
