Issue with LearnPress Emails

    I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with LearnPress while using the Youzify and PublishPress Capabilities plugins on my WordPress site.

    The problem arises when a subscriber user enrolls in a course. LearnPress fails to send emails to instructors, administrators, and other users. However, when a user with access to the backend enrolls in a course, all emails are sent successfully.

    To troubleshoot, I temporarily deactivated both the Youzify and PublishPress Capabilities plugins, and the email notifications started functioning properly for subscriber users.

    While I understand the importance of these plugins for our site’s functionality, it seems there may be a conflict between them and LearnPress regarding user roles and capabilities.

    Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? It’s crucial for our site to maintain the functionality provided by both LearnPress and the Youzify and PublishPress Capabilities plugins.

    Thank you for your feedback regarding the two plugins, Youzify and PublishPress Capabilities. Since these plugins are not developed by us, we will require additional time to thoroughly investigate and determine the underlying reasons.
