General Plugin Problem

    Hello, Hopefully someone can help me with this as it has been troublesome for a while.

    Hopefully this is something really simple and I am just being foolish.

    Everytime I use a plugin which has its own embed code when I use it on my blog it just seems to show this embed code as text rather than embedding the item, I have experienced this on various plugins from contact forms to vimeo plugins.

    I am currently using the shashin picasa plugin which offers the ability to embed picasa web albums – the code is generated by the plugin itself –

    [salbumthumbs=title,max,n,n,center,]

    I have the latest version of wordpress and this plugin.

    Any help would be much appreciated.
